Congratulation to the Spencer Melksham Team of Richard George, Alan George, Kevin Mullett and Reece Williams for winning the Wilson Trophy, an open competition for those teams playing in the Mid Wilts Open Triples.
Open Triples Lion Team
Congratulation to Spencer Melksham Mid Wilts Open Triples Lions Team on winning the league and getting promotion to the Premier League. Well done Reece Williams for leading the team and making some very bold selections. Lets make sure we stay there.
Ladies National Pairs – Last 8
Congratulation to Claire and Jayne Edwards for reaching the finals of the Ladies National Pairs. The final is being held at Devizes on Sat 3rd/4th August and their opponents will be Stratton Churchway. Best of luck to you both.

Disability Bowls England (DBE)

Mens Middleton Cup Trials
Congratulation to Richard George and Andy Moore for being invited to attend the Middleton cup Trials. Andy Moore a long standing player and Richard George who has achieved this in only his third year of playing bowls.

Congratulates to Liam Tucker and Jamie Pugsley for being selected to play in Bowls Wiltshire Under 25 squad.
Bowls Wiltshire Mixed Friendlies
Congratulates to Vivienne Edwards, Hilary Eagles and Amanda Tucker who have all earned their “Colts Badge” for regularly playing in the Bowls Wiltshire Mixed Friendly Matches.
Mens National Triples – Last 8
Congratulation to both teams (Matt Edwards, Steve Gedge and Andy Moore) and (Richard George, Alan George and Kevin Mullett) for getting through to the last 8. A late substitute for the injured Steve Gedge was Joshua Loftin. Matt beat Richard 18 – 16 and then went on to play Royal Wootton Bassett narrowly loosing 19 – 22.
